Delivery Information

At the moment we only send orders to Peninsular Spain.

Delivery term

Orders are delivered within 24-72h (working days) from the time of order confirmation. In case of bank transfer, the order is confirmed only when we receive the transfer in the account.

Shipping method

We ship orders at home with the MRW carrier. Shipping is free for orders over € 44.99 It is also free in the city of Barcelona.

RETURN

Return term

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. To request a return, you need to contact us and we will manage it for you. The item to be returned must be in the same conditions as when you received it, that is, without having opened or manipulated it.

Defective product

If the product has arrived in the defective state, you can refuse delivery with the carrier itself. If you have noticed after delivery, contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will also need the photos of the product tare.

You have 7 calendar days from receipt of the package to notify us of the defect.

Refund

The return is made at the time we receive the item back and check its condition. Remember that the return is paid in the same method that was chosen for the purchase. The refund period can be between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return order. If you have made a bank transfer or paid in cash, we would need your IBAN to refund the amount.

Right of withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase made at PetGourmet. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us through a letter or the withdrawal form that you will have to send by email or post.
